On Presence
Dedicated days, not shared attention.
Monday and Wednesday are Synergy's. Tuesday and Thursday are Absolute's. Fridays rotate by operational need. You are not competing with other clients for time. These days belong to you.
On Structure
One check. Zero overhead.
This is a 1099 contractor relationship. Obai Sukar LLC handles everything downstream - the systems administrator's wages, employer taxes, workers' compensation, payroll processing, equipment procurement, and software subscriptions. You review a line-item breakdown, approve the budget, and write one check. No HR liability. No equipment tracking. No compliance paperwork.
Data architecture
Sensitive financial and resident data is processed locally on your hardware, on your network. Non-sensitive operational tasks use cloud AI where speed and cost favor it. You have a complete log of what runs where. Nothing sensitive leaves your premises.
On Scope
Infrastructure. Not clinical management.
Obai manages the digital infrastructure layer - connectivity, data surfacing, system integrations, and alert routing. Medication management runs on QuickMAR and stays there. Nurse call clinical accountability remains with your nursing team. The dashboard surfaces data. Your staff acts on it.
What this engagement is not
This is not a job application. I am not returning as an IT Director, a department head, or an employee. I am an outside specialist brought in to solve specific problems - and to leave systems that outlast the engagement.

Absolute - Phase 2
Employee Dispatch & EVV Compliance
Absolute has hundreds of field employees making daily home visits. Michigan mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for all Medicaid-funded home health services under the 21st Century Cures Act. Custom-built dispatch system: employee credentialing tracking, visit scheduling, GPS-confirmed EVV, mileage logging, and billing submission routing. Non-compliance means rejected Medicaid claims. This system fixes that permanently.

Synergy - Phase 2
Nurse Call Infrastructure Assessment
During onboarding site visits, each building's nurse call system is audited for digital interfacing capability. Buildings running legacy hardware with no API access are identified. A unified replacement is recommended - RCare is the preferred platform for multi-building portfolios with open API integration. Hardware is procured at cost, integration connects to the unified dashboard. You stop managing 20 different systems and see everything in one place.

Both Organizations - Phase 2
PointClickCare API Integration
QuickMAR / PointClickCare already tracks medication compliance across all buildings. With PointClickCare API access (available under enterprise tier), medication compliance rates, missed med pass counts, and shift-level summaries can feed into the unified ownership dashboard - alongside nurse call, occupancy, and financial data. Not managing clinical records. Surfacing compliance visibility where it's currently invisible to ownership.

Your Role as Licensing Partner
If Synergy and Absolute choose to participate, you have first right to co-own the licensing model - a share of any revenue this system generates when licensed to other senior living operators. No additional investment required. You helped build it. You benefit from it.
The Realistic Path
The senior living AI market is pre-commodity. Sage and PointClickCare are moving into this space, but their products are generic platforms not built from the inside. A system designed with 20-building operational context is fundamentally different. Prove it here over 12 months. Then take it to market.
